Poetry Spotlight

If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that I try and host a weekly livestream every Saturday at 4pm (Central)/10pm (GMT).  The purpose of the Spotlight is to have a Featured Poet and highlight those accounts that produce quality work. 

Some may have 10,000 followers or 10 followers.  It isn't about their following but about their work.  An opportunity to share them with a new audience.

They are very informal, getting to know the person behind the poetry as well as ask them about their methods, the meaning behind some of their work, and also help promote their book(s) if they have been published. 
The length of the livestreams vary from 45 minutes to 4 hours, and usually after the initial conversation, we have an "after party" stream, at which point beverages may have been consumed and members of the poetry community may jump on the live and we enjoy each others company.
